Account
Changes
All new accounts/changes in ownership are assessed a one time
non-refundable $20 account setup fee.
Billing
Information
Accounts are billed every other month and are mailed the first
of the month. If you have not received your bill by the 10th please
contact our office.
Payment
Application
Payments will be applied to your account in the order of receipt,
posting to the most delinquent charges first.
Bill
Payment
Please note that the Manchester Water District representatives
that come to your residence cannot accept payments. Instead we
ask
that
customers
choose
from
our many convenient bill-paying
options.
Property
Owner Responsibility
The Revised Code of Washington (RCW) section 57.08 provides that
water charges are a lien against the property served. Consequently,
the property owner is legally responsible for all charges on
this bill. When tenants are added or deleted, we require that
the property
owner report these changes.
Street
Light Outages
All street light outages should be reported directly to Puget
Sound Energy at 1-888-225-5773, or call
our office during regular business hours.
Water
Shutoff
When water is shutoff, all past due monies owing, penalties and
service charges must be paid in full before water service is
resumed.
Business
Hours
Office Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
(except holidays). After hours emergency telephone number is
360-871-0500,
follow instructions to the emergency prompt. Non-emergency, after
hours call-outs are assessed overtime charges.
