Manchester Water District bills on a bi-monthly basis. Your payment is due on the last day in which you received your bill. For example, if your bill is for the months of November and December, your bill will be DUE on January 31st.
Past due bills are subject to a 10% late fee. Please pay your past due bill upon receipt, or call 360-871-0500 to make arrangements. Although Manchester Water does not offer payment plans, maintaining communication with us may help you avoid additional fees and charges.
PLEASE NOTE: The Administration office of Manchester Water District is closed on most major holidays. Online Payment and the Payment Drop-Box are available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week for your convenience.

A payment envelope is included with your bill. Please mail payments to PO Box 98 Manchester, WA 98353.
Payments mailed to the Daniels Loop address cannot be delivered and will be returned to sender.
You may bring your bill to our Administration office located at 8185 Daniels Loop, Suite 111, Port Orchard, WA 98366.
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards as forms of payment.
